Subscription terms

The initial skin assessment is free. The full coaching is available with one of these plans, which all give access to the same features:

• 1 week: €9.99, charged every week.
• 1 month: €14.99, charged every month.
• 3 months: €23.99, charged every 3 months.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included: this is the total amount you pay. The applicable price is the one displayed when you subscribe. If you use a promotional code, the discount applies under the conditions shown at checkout.

You subscribe from the offer page, once your account is created. Payment is made online, securely, through our provider Stripe: your card details are entered with Stripe and never pass through Sorea. Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout (for example card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device).

The price of your plan is charged in one go on the day you subscribe, for the whole period, then at the start of each new period. Your access is activated as soon as payment is confirmed. Your invoices are available in your billing area, from the Plus tab → Profil (Profile) → Gérer ou résilier mon abonnement (Manage or cancel my subscription).

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same duration, until you cancel it. The date of your next renewal is shown in the Plus tab → Profil (Profile) → Gérer ou résilier mon abonnement (Manage or cancel my subscription).

Renewal is at the same price, unless a price change is announced in advance under the conditions set out below.

You can change plans at any time from the Plus tab → Profil (Profile) → Gérer ou résilier mon abonnement (Manage or cancel my subscription) → Changer de formule (Change plan).

If your new plan charges a higher amount per billing period, it applies immediately: the time left on your current plan is deducted and only the difference is charged on the day of the change. If it charges a lower amount per billing period (a shorter plan can cost more over time: the monthly equivalent is shown), it applies at the end of your current period, free of charge: you keep your current plan until then.

The exact amount and date are shown before you confirm.

You can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, from the Plus tab → Profil (Profile) → Gérer ou résilier mon abonnement (Manage or cancel my subscription) → Résilier mon abonnement (Cancel my subscription), which takes you straight to cancellation in Stripe's secure billing area.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: your access stays active until then, and nothing more is charged afterwards. The current period is not refunded, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled immediately, with no automatic refund of the current period.

You have 14 days from your subscription to withdraw, without giving a reason or paying any fee.

The simplest way: Plus tab → Profil (Profile) → Gérer ou résilier mon abonnement (Manage or cancel my subscription) → Me rétracter du contrat ici (Withdraw from the contract here), then Confirmer la rétractation (Confirm withdrawal). Your subscription stops at once and the refund is started.

You can also send us a clear statement at contact@sorea.io, for example: “I withdraw from my Sorea subscription taken out on [date], with the account [email address].”

You can also use this model withdrawal form (optional): “To Sorea, contact@sorea.io: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: Sorea coaching subscription. Subscribed on: [subscription date] Name: [your name] Account email address: [email address] Date: [date of the request]”

We then refund all amounts paid, using the same payment method, no later than 14 days after receiving your request, and your subscription ends.

We may change our prices. A new price never applies to a period already paid: it is announced to you in advance, by email or in the app, before the renewal concerned, and you remain free to cancel before it applies.
